2) Lasagna Noodles -9 sheets

5) Mozzarella Cheese -16 oz, shredded
6) Parmesan cheese- 1/2 cup, grated
7) Egg-1
8) Garlic cloves-2, minced
9) Onion-1, chopped
10) Salt and Pepper for taste
11) Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375℉. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add garlic and onion. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.

Add in the ground beef and sauté until fully browned. Drain the fat and add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Allow this to simmer for about 20-30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and a little bit of salt and pepper.

Now it’s time to layer your lasagna. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Repeat the layers ending with a meat layer on top. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
