Glorious Gluten-Free Pancakes

Instructions:

  2. In another bowl, crack the egg in and add the milk. Mix them together.
  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ones while mixing. Make sure to stir well so there won’t be any lumps.
  4. Lastly, add in the slightly cooled melted butter or coconut oil.
  5. Give it a good mix until combined, but try not to overmix it.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, then pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  7. When you see small bubbles forming on the top, flip the pancake and cook it until it’s golden brown.
  8. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
  9. Finally, heap these gorgeous pancakes on a plate and top with your favorites – fresh fruits, nuts, syrup, or a dollop of Greek yogurt.
