Bonjour, food lovers! Today, I’m going to share with you one of my all-time favourite fall recipes, “Heavenly Pumpkin Spice Muffins.” These sweet and spicy treats are the epitome of coziness and will surely fill your home with the ultimate aroma of fall.
The key ingredients you will need for these heavenly muffins include:
- 1¾ cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
For the icing you’ll need:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
The steps are super simple and fun!

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and all the spices. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, pumpkin puree, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour wet ingredients into dry ones and mix just until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared muffin cups and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While these heavenly scents fill your home, make your icing by mixing all icing ingredients together. Once muffins are cooled down, drizzle the icing on top.
