- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth

For the Pie Crust:
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
- 3 to 4 tbsp. cold water
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic in butter until soft and translucent. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Simmer until it thickens. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded chicken and thawed vegetables. Set the filling side.
- For the crust, combine the flour and salt in a large bowl. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water, stirring until a ball forms.
- Divide the dough in half and roll one part to fit your pie plate. Pour in the filling. Roll out the second half of dough to cover the filling. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top.
